Dom Wilanowski, constructed in 1994, is a small 10-unit apartment building in the south of Warsaw.
It is the first building with an underground car park being serviced by a private lift that ushers owners and their guests straight into apartments. While riding the lift, that is finished with exotic woods, marble mosaics, and crystal glass mirrors, a theme from the Godfather is played.

There are two apartments on a floor and some apartments occupy the whole story.

The ceiling height is ca 3 m. The smallest unit is with a floor area of 178 sq m, a standard unit is between 200 and 220 sq m, whereas the largest ones are about 280 sq m or more.

It is also the first apartment building with all common areas finished with Italian marbles.
